"US Bank employs a scammer that takes all your money for a "check you are owed" Try to call them? That's a joke they don't answer. Will be filing charges against this business and hopefully bring them down so they don't effect others lives. Call customer service? Jokes!! It's not an option, they say push this, push that and you get no where. How has this place stayed in business and how can they scam people and that be "legal"? AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS AS THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING! Also they make their people stay at work until at least 830 pm EST as that's is when they responded to my email. So you can email people but no one can take a call? Someone explain that! They took $4500 of mine. SCAM BANK SCAM BANK SCAM BANK PULL YOUR MONEY NOW!!! THEY WILL TAKE IT, KEEP IT, AND YOU'RE LEFT WITH NOTHING! Police report to be filed, hoping the shut down a business like this. Fingers crossed!"

"Terrible service. I been there 3 times at 2am and 3am to see if the ATM is open to deposit but it never is. I did use my card to open the door but the door never opened. Not just me but people wanting to go inside also tried with their card and the door never opened. Horrible. Never going to this bank again."
