"Long story short. He makes excuses, has very little communication and there is almost a week between emails. I paid him $1,200 to review my documents and get back to me with the full intension of paying him the $4500 when my landlord tried to sue me because my landlord illegally deregulated my apartment from rent stabilization. I ended up hiring another lawyer, who I won’t name on this review but he did what Ari could not do in 3 weeks in 1 hour. The other lawyer I spoke to kept me on hold, asked me questions and we sent documents back and forth over the line. He told me I had a good case and within a week, we were ready to file. When you send Ari a document, instead of responding immediately or asking a question. He waits a week, then asks a question and then it will take another week to hear from him and then he simply asks another question. Instead of anticipating an gathering all the things he needs up front. He plays the waiting game with you. He once told he would get back to me in a week. 9 days passed and I HAD TO REACHOUT to him. He said he had ‘covid’ and was behind. If he was so behind, why not be pro-active and reach out to your clients ahead of time. Seemed like a lie. I could go on with more stories and anecdotes but he doesn’t know what he is doing. I paid out money to another lawyer and a consultant and they didn’t need 3 weeks to tell me whether or not I had a good case."

"I want to express my gratitude to Ari for representing us in our case. I think we had the most difficult case and I think they're professional scammers . Our case dragged on for 2 1/2 years and on Friday 4 August we were finally able to evict them from apt. The tenant always had an excuse when she was at the court. First she claims it was a Covid shutdown, therefore she can't move out. Later on, she experienced Covid, diabetes, health issues, and pregnancy. Every time she makes an excuse during her appearance, the judge will adjourn the court and reschedule the next court date. This dragged on for over 2 1/2 years. The judge did not care for the duration of the trial. She expresses the symphony for the holdover tenant not paying the rent and not caring about the financial impact we would have caused. There were times when we showed frustration. But Ari kept his cool and always answered the questions we had. There were times when we might seem like we were blaming him or interrogating him, but he still kept his cool. He persists in filling appropriate court documents to ensure that we can finally evict this shady tenant. What I'm learning is that the legal system is always with the tenants. They will prolong the length of cases because all the tenant had to do was claim she is unwell or sick. The court will just reschedule. You need a good lawyer to help you continue to file the appropriate paperwork."
