"My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way. I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome.
