"These guys know how to take care of your bike needs. Any bike I bring to them, they get it working. The last time I was having front derailleur issues on my Canyon Endurace and was going to do my first century ride that coming weekend. Well they took care of it very quickly and I was able to use it with no issues and still no issues months later. On top of their skills, they are reasonably priced for basic services and are pleasant to work with. So for me, that’s what I want with my LBS… price, skills and customer service. "What can I say, this is the best Bike shop around. Great service, great selection, even better knowledge of bikes. I had a bike built from here plus get all my tune ups and upgrades from here as well. Always treated so great by everyone in the shop when I stop by. There is just a vibe when you walk in that makes you feel welcome each time. They take the time to talk to and listen to the customers and make sure that they are getting exactly what they need and want. I could not be happier with my Venge!! "I'm building a ebike and went to cycle USA and they steered me right to bicycle playground with their customer service and I'm so glad they did. I met William and he is awesome. It was the first bike shop that didn't tell me my bike was old I looked around they had quite a few all their old bikes they were working on so they know how to talk to people. If you spend good money on the bike it's supposed to last you. And mine has aged well. Long story short they helped me right on the spot had my bottom bracket out in no time and off I went to finish my build. Highly recommend A++"
