As a dedicated adolescent medicine physician at Stony Brook Children’s since July 2015, Dr. Jacobs brings a wealth of experience and compassion to the care of young individuals. A proud native of Long Island and a graduate of the pediatric residency program, Dr. Jacobs returned home after completing his fellowship in adolescent medicine to serve the community that inspired his passion for healthcare.
