I am a Football player who came to Keith during my senior season with pain in my groin and he helped me manage the pain for me to finish my senior year because he knew how important it was to me. After the season he began testing me more and more and Ultimately came to the conclusion that My groin was not healing on its own and I should go see a hip specialist. Keith recommended me a guy and I ended up needing surgery on my partially torn groin (Sports Hernia). The surgery was a success and we began rehabbing for about 4-5 months. "Keith is an excellent physical therapist. When I started physical therapy for my herniated disc I had doubt that I would ever recover. When I first met with Keith he was confident he could help me. He started by showing me various stretches that I could do at home and set me on an exercise routine to help strengthen my back. Each time I went to see him he added a new stretch or exercise to build out a full routine. The routine that ultimately made the pain go away and enabled me to regain use of my arm and hand.
