"Depending upon which day , will be the stars. This will be my third night here, I think I will probably sleep best tonight and I tried to call the front desk to thank he and the staff here about nobody wanted to answer. And this is not just one phone call . I've been trying to call for over an hour.. I didn't need nor want anything.. just thought I would appreciate the staff, but nope, nobody answers the phone... So, depending on which staff, it's 2-5 stars, location 5 (when the hill is only a sheet of ice) food , definitely a 5 ⭐, there are so many deliveries and pick up places that are 100,% best of NY... Enjoy your stay here as I have!!!"

"Pretty much what would be expected at 3 star restaurant. The woman at front desk was direct, not especially friendly. The room was large and decently decorated. The breakfast was mediocre; however, there were eggs, sausage and bacon."

"Not a bad hotel. Had the Jacuzzi suite. Jacuzzi was in the bathroom which is alright. They have a pool. Which you need to sign a waiver to use, and sign in & out. Also the hot tub is no longer there."

"I traveled from SC to NY for my sons surgical procedure at Westchester Medical. This hotel appeared to be booked for the week. I attempted to extend since my checkout would be the same day my son was scheduled for surgery. The evening crew Neshia and Drigo were absolutely outstanding. They eased my anxiety and accommodated me for an additional 4 nights. The room is so clean and well kept. The breakfast bar spotless and delicious. Thank you Comfort suites for your outstanding service. Totally grateful…..LP."

"Bookers beware…we had 2 rooms, under 2 names, with 2 confirmations booked & the hotel manager claimed there was nothing in his system. He just shrugged repeatedly without offering to book another open room. The manager openly said to us “you aren’t the first people that have showed up and this has happened to” and “it has been happening more the past few weeks” WHAT? There was another guest in the lobby upset they were put in the wrong room type, they also shrugged him off. How do 2 rooms magically disappear & this is a common occurrence per the hotel manager but there’s no concern for guests that booked months in advance and paid in full? I can’t speak to the quality of the rooms since I never got to go into the rooms we had booked but as far as the lobby goes it’s stuck in the 90s, outside of the building could use a good pressure wash. Manager and other front desk attendant could use some common decency, consideration & training on how to better handle their supposed-to-be-guests that they’ve left literally stranded. So if you want to have a room to stay in when you’re out of town, I’d look elsewhere since I’m living proof you can’t depend on this property."
