"I came to Kaizen years ago with ongoing shoulder and neck pain and stiffness. It was my first experience with this sort of specialist so I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a warm and calming office with friendly staff, and at the center of it all was Dr. Tara, a rare type that offers expertise and relatability. From the first moment, I felt comfortable with her and confident that I was in good hands. Treatments vary - my own experience through the years has included stim, ultrasound therapy, stretching, and of course chiropractic adjustments. Every time I leave the office, I find myself more flexible, looser, and overall the relief lasts longer and longer with each visit. It's also a huge benefit that if something one-off is bothering me at visit, there is never any hesitation to address, whether it's the result of sleeping funny or unexpected overuse. Beyond the therapeutic experience, Dr. Tara and her staff are also experts at navigating insurance, which lets me focus on treatment and not worry about dealing with any of the necessary nonsense that insurance protocols can cause. I really can't say enough about Kaizen and Dr. Tara. A pain-free lifestyle is certainly something to hope for and look forward too, but I know as long as I do have stuff to work on, there's an amazing place nearby that I can rely on for my care."
