Even the more experienced children are respectful and patient with less experienced students which I think is a direct reflection of Williams martial arts as a whole. The lessons change from week to week which keeps things interesting and even work in exercises that are disguised as games and challenges. My son has been going for 6 months and I have noticed his overall fitness, balance and coordination have greatly increased."

"I signed my son up over 2 years ago with Frank. My son was not an aggressive kid and shied away from contact. Since his training, he has become more confident in himself and looks forward every week to going to class. This is not a pay and you get a belt, the instructors teach these kids how to protect themselves physically and become better beings. 5 Stars all the way!"
