There is no other gym like this out there I promise you. I lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks and 2 lbs in 1! It is also the most fun I’ve ever had working out. So if you can have fun and get the results you want, why wouldn’t you join? I’m a peak freak for life!”

“My daughter Isabella at first struggled trying to figure out exactly what she wanted to do. She tried dance, gymnastics and also soccer. Then she did an Icons camp a little over 5 years ago and the rest was history. This will be our 5th season with the program and Isabella just loves it. I feel that every year she is building her confidence more and more! She is very determined and I believe the coaches are now seeing that in her. Thank you to all of the coaches that have been part of her continued journey through Icons.”

“I went to Myles on the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon after an ACL reconstruction. I was expecting the same treatment I had gotten at another PT establishment, I was surprised. The one on one time he spends with you greatly increases your recovery time. He spends the time to explain why you should do the exercises he prescribes and what common mistakes most people make during recovery. He makes certain you understand everything he is doing so you can continue later at home. I do believe he helped to make my recovery time easier and more complete.”

“This is the best physical therapy practice in Dutchess County. Patrick is hands on, knowledgeable, and really doesn’t waste time getting to work that needs to be done. “Asherdee, the amazing and beautifully intuitive owner of Breath In Serenity is a gift to be around and her gifts are just as good! Before our first session I did not have full mobility in my arm. I was having trouble extending it and trying to find a comfortable way to sleep was hard until she completely cleared all pain in my arm and I felt brand new again! She had me in tears on the table during the massage because we were also working through some emotional trauma, which was great and much needed. After my first appointment I was running back for the second. My second session was an energy healing and was an experience I wouldn’t trade for the world. She helped clear a lot of my imbalance in thought and when I got home I continued to carry that with me. I have been having great meditation and feeling amazing as I come into alignment with myself. Not only did I have an amazing time but I also made a friend and I really REALLY enjoyed my time and will be traveling again to visit her. Thank you Asherdee! See you soon✨”

“I've seen Dr. Tara Salay since December and she's been an excellent Physical Therapist for my Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. She comes off as very knowledgeable in her field and is very warm and kind as well. Although my pain is in my pelvis, she did a thorough examination of my entire body's structure. Even with 30 minute sessions, she has been able to get a lot of work done on me. My muscles have definitely relaxed plenty since first seeing her, and I have pain far less frequently. She also immediately provided me with a home program that was adapted as time went on to fit my progress or regressions. She also knew when to refer me to see a doctor for medication. I would definitely recommend her. I'd also like to mention that I couldn't find any other Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Offices in the area that offer 30 minute sessions, which helps keep costs lower!”

“I started physical therapy here in college for multiple knee injuries, and the care and dedication I received here was one of the main factors in me being able to go back and play soccer successfully in college. Later in life I developed other injuries, and I was able to come back to physical therapy here and work on my injuries and not be in pain all the time! This has greatly improved my quality of life. In addition, everyone who works there is so nice and friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!”

“I had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. From my initial greeting to the end of my massage. Phillip was so warm and friendly. He did an amazing job addressing all of my issues. He really listened to what I was looking for in a massage and used the right amount of pressure, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. He relieved the tension in my low back, neck and shoulders. Phillip is very skillful and knowledgeable. I left the office feeling relaxed, stress free, pain free, and ready to take on the day.”

“I can’t say enough great things about what Aaron has created at this amazing BJJ school. His children’s classes are top notch. He is incredible with even the youngest kids, beginners, and more advanced skill levels, including adults. He says he’s “building an army” but what he means is he is building strong, confident, respectful young people that love Jiu Jitsu. My child has thrived here in so many ways. Definitely check it out. I couldn’t resist...I started myself.”

“I’ve been going to Seraphim Personal Training for 6 months and have never felt better! After having lost 40 pounds of COVID Lockdown weight I wanted to find a personal trainer who would help me accomplish my goals of toning up and becoming stronger . I think it’s important when finding a trainer to match yourself with someone who listens, helps you reach your fitness, diet and health goals, and who pushes you when some days you’re a whiney baby! At 48 Im in the best shape of my life and that’s because i found the right place and the right trainer. 5 stars highly recommended!”

“TL;DR: There are physical therapists, and then there is Donn Shaver. If you want to fix the issue and get stronger than you've ever been, go to Donn. You won't regret it. I'm a 34-year-old former athlete who still enjoys cross training (primarily long-distance running and weight lifting) in my free time. Fortunately, for most of my early life I was injury-free. When I tweaked my shoulder 3 or 4 years ago, I was living in Massachusetts and went to a very good PT up there. He showed me some resistance exercises involving a band, massaged the general area, and helped me on the road to recovery. And within four months or so, I was back to lifting weights. More recently, after getting a new job, I started running and hiking more often to counteract the stress. Everything was going fine until I began experiencing a sharp pain in my right hip. Not only was the pain worrying, but it severely limited my ability to run and even hike, or my two stress-reducing outlets. I stopped running completely, hoping the situation would resolve itself. But after three months, I knew this injury was more dire than I originally believed. Those feelings were corroborated when a PT diagnosed me with bursitis of the hip. This condition is characterized by inflammation of the bursae: small, fluid-filled sacs that cushion our bones. I was concerned, especially after a gym owner bluntly stated I might never be able to run again. But more than anything, I was adrift without any clear course of action to take. The PT gave me a strength training regiment to follow, and she rightly diagnosed that the cause of my bursitis was due to one leg being stronger than the other, and this imbalance was negatively impacting my lower body. But there was no follow-up. So after trying the exercises and not seeing any improvement, I grew disconsolate. I tried cryotherapy, stretching, meditation, yoga. While helpful, none could actually fix the dogged problem. In a word, I was completely, utterly lost. That all changed when I met Donn about a year ago. I knew I had made the right choice on the first day. During the initial assessment, he put my body through a serious of movements like the other PTs. But he also used sensors to take a look at my squat and lunge form, tailored workouts to my needs, tracked my workouts on TrueCoach (a fitness app), used massage guns and his hands to get deep into the tissue, came up with a morning mobility exercise regiment, followed up every week, and altogether used a more comprehensive approach that I had never experienced before. With Donn's help, not only did my strength improve, but so did my form. And with my form improving, the pain started to go away. But it was a grueling process. I'm one of those psychos who actually enjoys running, but weeks becoming months becoming a year of experiencing pain every time I ran got to me. I almost wanted to quit completely. Donn always says the road to recovery isn't typically a straight line. There are ups and downs. Thanks to Donn's can-do attitude, he wouldn't let me quit on myself. I'm writing this lengthy review because I can finally run again, and I wouldn't have been able to without meeting Donn. All I can say is I'm eternally grateful for his guidance, patience, and dedication to his craft. The only negative I can say is that if I ever move out of the area, the bar is set impossibly high for the next PT. But that's the Shaver method in a nutshell: Outwork everyone.”

“My physical therapist really pays attention to what I have to say about my experience with my condition. He is very knowledge about what I am experiencing and knows what to do to relieve and address the pain. I have been to this particular location before and return because of the way things are done to take care of me, professionalism, concern, and a friendly approach.”
