"I’ve been using A-1 Laundry for many years now, since I lived on the island, before A-1 Laundry, I have been going to different laundromats. There is no compared to A-1 Laundry. The place is nice and big & very clean. Never had a problem there the workers & the owner are the nicest people I have ever met. Once in a while, I will drop off my clothes, and I have to say they come out smelling very clean and folded nicely. I’ve read the reviews from some of the people on here and I have to disagree. The people that are complaining about the workers or even their clothes not being cleaned and smelling good isn’t true at all but that’s my opinion I had sent my clothes out to different laundromats when I moved out here and there is no one compared to the A-1 Laundry ☺️ I’m so glad I found a great place that I know I will have my clothes back in great condition. You tell me what Laundry Mat on the island you can you have seen a cleaner laundromat then A-1 Laundry, because I have witness the workers and the owner there, they are always cleaning the machines and the dryers to make sure nothing goes on peoples clothes, and not only the washer and dryer that are cleaned and taking care of but also there bathroom is very clean. A-1 Laundry I hope you guys never close down because I would not know where to go."

"I have been using this laundromat for more than 5 years. I started out doing my own laundry and when I developed arthritis for the last 2 years or so I have been dropping my laundry off. I never had a problem, my laundry always came back clean and fresh, and I faithfully paid my bill and always left a good tip. However, the last 2 times I picked my laundry up it wasn't clean and my towels had a Mildew smell. I didn't say anything the first time, but when it happened the 2nd time I decided to say something. Rather then bother the owner with this I thought i'd speak to the senior person there and give her a heads up. All I wanted to do was have a logical conversation in hopes that it would be taken care of and we would simply move on. No argument just a conversation. Alright, so I dropped off more clothes and very politely approached her in person about the problem. I expected her to have some customer service savvy and at least tell me she'll make sure it doesn't happen again. That's all I wanted since I spend my hard earned money there. Instead what I got from her was "I'm tired, and it isn't always about you"! The nerve and insult. I'm a good customer, never complain, always pay my bill and ALWAYS left that woman very good tips. Never will I go back there again. Richie, I know you're desperate for good workers, but it's also important they have good attitudes. I feel I always am walking on egg shells with her moods. You by far have the most nasty and moody people working there. Very uncomfortable situation. There is know way I will spend my hard earned money at A1 laundry again."
