"Took my case and then after a few months when they realized your insurance company wasn't being cooperative, they dropped my case and then sent me a bill. They're paralegal has a serious attitude issue with with people and she's very quick to get you off the phone. I really don't care about them dropping my case because I understand that they're just looking for home runs and really don't want to fight for people. The thing that got me was they sent me a bill.
