"Insane interest rates, make it very difficult for you to close a credit card account. I'm sure that's intentional so you get frustrated and give up trying to close it. They also delay telling you any residual interest remaining and lock you out of the app so you can't pay the last bill, hoping to add an extra late fee on you."
