"Absolutely incompetent. Couldn’t look up a simple fax number for their claims dept. Their claim dept is the one that told me to go to branch. Used to work for Chase bank. It’s incredibly easy and standard practice. She straight lied and said she couldn’t, then chuckled. Being arrogant about being incompetent is quite a new one"

"The worst bank ever! 6 to 7 people in office area and one teller, and most are slow except Michelle. This is almost daily. When making a business deposits and having to shut my store to do so it’s costs me time away from my customers. Should not have to wait this long to make a deposit. Just ridiculous!"
