"straight scammers. lied ab diagnosing me even tho ive been prescribed meds for that diagnosis 6 months. lied about signing papers for me, took payment for appointments they never wrote down to scam me out of my prescription saying i haven’t seen DR. SINGH in months when i saw him yesterday and it WASNT RECORDED??? FBI needs to do something useful for once and lock these scammers up."

"Love my doctor but the billing is a disaster. The billing department is giving me different amounts I owe, every other day. Told I owe one amount and ask for an itemized bill and the itemized bill doesn’t match what they’re telling me. Just make sure you’re keeping track of payments cause they seem to make up their own and then won’t let you make appointments cause of your balance."

"When I started with SBH I had a feeling that I found a great place to go. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized long term and when I got out I expected to continue my journey. They have completely dropped the ball and have not scheduled any appointments with me because they are dragging their feet obtaining records from my hospital stay. I WAS on medication that they prescribed and continued it in the hospital. Since they have given no appointments I have been left to discontinue my medication because no appointments were given. A very dangerous idea when someone already has medical problems and it can threaten their lives. I received messages with promises of being contacted the next day to set up appointments after I submitted all the ridiculous paperwork and to this day I haven't heard from them. It's unconscionable to handle a patient this way. I'm very disappointed and they should be closed down."

"Absolute garbage provider. I’ve called for a second day in a row and gotten the totally useless “emergency answering service” that can’t do squat to help me. I’m on my 6th day without medication, going through horrible withdrawals and nobody gives an f. So much for being an emergency service. I’ve had to call out of work for 2 days in a row now because the withdrawals are so messed up I can’t even function. I was told on Saturday that they’d be open Monday-Friday but obviously not. Nobody knows when this place is freaking open I was told by a the woman on the answering service and a medication refill is not an emergency according to her. What the heck an emergency answering service is for if not to help patients who don’t have their medications is beyond me. So sick of dealing with all of this."

"Stay away from their therapist, Jennifer Strano. I suffer from PTSD and severe anxiety/depression. On our second session she called cps on me because I was venting and told her that my son was stressing me out to the point I needed to pull over my car and calm myself down before I crashed into a tree. ( My son didn't even know I was upset!)On our third session she told me it didn't matter if we didn't talk because she still gets paid. On our 4th session she messaged me from the online waiting room that she had cancelled our session (which had been confirmed the previous day) and someone would reach out to me for a new therapist. I'd rather suffer with the demons in my head than go through this again, she has completely ruined my trust in therapy. When I met with their physiatrist she was too busy to be bothered writing any medical notes that I could use to help me with my disability case. When I called to complain I asked to speak to the office director. The woman I spoke with said there was no such position, but she was the one running the show. She told me she would be willing to find me a new therapist but I would have to pay $60 first for missing an appointment with the last therapist. Update: When I called to dispute this bill, they gave me a number for the billing department. An Indian person answered that was hard to understand, put me on hold and eventually the call just ended. A month later they sent me another bill for another missed appointment, now $90. I am going to report them to the BBB."
