"I've had hearing aids for more than 20 years. The first time I put them on it was like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. All that time there was one lingering concern. "I have had a number of hearing aids over the years but this was the most complete and thorough test I've ever had. Jamie was very understanding of what my current devices were lacking and how to improve the ones I am wearing now. She took the time to update the firmware and replaced some missing pieces on them. I also appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on another pair. I may decide to upgrade later but for now the ones I have are working much better after her working on them.
