"I went into this location on Tuesday night before they opened just to ask a quick question. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Nick. They were free and Michael actually went out if his way and did my taxes for me that same night even though they weren’t even opened to the public yet. They did not have to do this for me as they weren’t even open yet! Great customer service is their number one priority and that’s hard to find these days. Michael and Nick were very kind and professional! I have been using Jackson and Hewitt for years and will continue to do so!"
