"I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone, customer service is hit or miss depending on who is working when you go in. A couple of weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to get a new debit card with Laci, I got confirmations and reminders for the appointment by text and email. When I arrived for my appointment they let me know their debit card machine has been broken for a while and they couldn’t do anything for me beside send me to another branch or order one in the mail. Laci talked to me as if I was crazy for showing up to a scheduled appointment when they should have just cancelled my appointment and notified me."
