"My son had gotten transferred here because they handle pediatrics. The nurses and doctors in the pediatric unit have been awesome. They always went above and beyond. Always made sure we were well taken care of not only my son but always asked the parents if we needed anything as well. My son loved the nurses that came in and the nurses did really well handling my wild child. My son can be a handful at times with his hyper personality but they were awesome with him. I couldn't thank the staff enough for everything they have done for us. If I need to go to a hospital with my son it will be here again."

"they don’t even deserve that one star review.. my experience here was AWFUL. My initial doctor belittled my symptoms so I asked the nurse if I could get a different doctor because I have that patient right. So the RN went to gossip with the first doctor and him I wanted a second opinion, then this doctor comes into the room and confronts me about it, asking me if I had an “issue” with him and his “expertise.” That was completely unnecessary of the doctor and the RN. Then of course the second doctor comes in and straight up tells me that he agrees with the original doctor’s evaluation because they have 30+ years worth of ER experience.. etc and that if he believed there was nothing critically wrong, he trusted the first doctor’s opinion but he was “open” to reevaluating me. I immediately told the second doctor that I did not want him to put his hands on me because I wanted to be leave, no one was taking me serious and everyone from the RN to the 2 MDs I spoke to kept belittling my pain saying they had “real” emergencies to tend to so they couldn’t order a CT or CAT scan for me. An absolute nightmare of a place! On top of that I was told that I am “healthy and young” so they weren’t completely concerned about my symptoms being “dangerous.” The medical staff that took care of me was super bias.. how do you assume I am “young and healthy” when you admittedly tell me from the very moment you entered my room that you didn’t read my chart ???? Make it make sense!! Also you can’t assume someone is healthy by their appearance, I have several health conditions and they treated me like it didn’t matter and basically told me to see my PCP for my issues.. BUT MY PRIMARY SENT ME TO THE ER FOR A CAT SCAN AND X-RAY BECAUSE IVE BEEN IN PAIN FOR 4 DAYS. This place and staff is awful. To make matters worse they collected my $75 at registration—I wasn’t even treated and they put me through so much emotional stress!! I will be filing a complaint on the staff and demand my copay to be refunded. I ended up leaving because there was zero professionalism, the service was poor and I was made uncomfortable by the first doctor’s confrontation. Avoid this place if you can!"

"Thank you very much meridith, riki and Nancy. I went here for an outpatient procedure and they were so caring loving and welcoming. They took care of and humored me the whole time. I can say this was one of the best hospitals for surgery I have ever been to. Thank are so knowledgeable and on point again thank you for everything!!!"

"My experience here at mid Hudson regional was absolutely terrible. They have a filled waiting room with a guy with his finger hanging off and Noone was even taking him in. Instead they took in other patients with lower priority cases. There's one person working the registration window and there's Noone else in the other registration windows to help with the overflow of sick patients piling up in the waiting room. My girlfriend and I have been here for 4 hours and her condition which I won't say on here has been growing worse. Yet she hasn't even gotten her vitals taken. This is unacceptable for an emergency room where people have serious life threatening injuries occurring , meanwhile the emergency room just keeps filling up with more sick and hurt patients. A big zero stars to this unprofessional and understaffed hospital."
