"BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! Was informed i was not able to test drive until you leave a $500 deposit (non-refundable) and insurance cards emailed over. The only test drive i got was the day i picked up. Found a number issues and was told that some are not covered. I laughed. Sent back to Auto Expo to get repairs done. When i picked up vehicle (which needed a wheel alignment) is was never repaired. Was told i needed to pay for the service then bring back and the company they used will redo it. Never did. Watch yourselves, left without any help and nothing but a headache talking with the owner. Will get alignment done at my mechanic shop. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY!! Oh, and the first vehicle i put a hold on they sold it anyways on me. So make sure you do your homework before you step feet on the lot Wish i could give negative stars. It just felt like when you drive off the lot you are not even their concern anymore. So much for the 30 day lemon law in the eyes of the owner."

"Poor Customer Service - Beware! I recently contacted AUTO EXPO AT Huntington, New York ,about a Jeep Grand Cherokee listed on their website. After receiving an email confirmation, I called to inquire about the vehicle. DON, the representative, initially confirmed its availability and asked about my interest. However, he soon revealed that the car was sold out, despite the website listing and his initial confirmation. What followed was appalling. Don became rude, defensive, and even hung up on me when I expressed my disappointment. His behavior was unacceptable, especially since I was a potential customer willing to make a purchase. This experience not only lost them one customer but two, as my spouse and I were planning to buy two Jeeps. The dealership needs to improve their phone etiquette and customer service. Don's approach is not how you treat people and build business. A more courteous and transparent approach would have encouraged me to make the trip to NY and explore other options. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the dealership to reevaluate their customer strategy."

"I was looking for a Cherokee and WOW do they have a big selection. A few not even on their website. Great price, they serviced the car, excellent customer service. I highly recommend if you're getting a used Jeep. Go see them before you buy anything."
