"Hotel was nice and clean. My kids loved the pool and gym.I would like to thank a co worker Jodi, because I forgot the phone charger at home( my bad) so I asked for help at the front desk to borrow a charger or either to let my phone at the front desk to charger for 10 minutes. I explained that I needed the phone for GPS and they just said oh sorry we don’t have any charger. Later I saw this great employee Jodi and some housekeeper who didn’t hesitate to help me."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was pristine. Continental breakfast was great. Location was perfect many restaurants within short walking distance. Will definitely book again."

"Hotel is OK. Thankful they allow pets - room was subpar. Shower curtain torn, fridge didn’t work, old mattress. Also, no lights in parking lot. Did not feel safe returning to hotel at night. Would not recommend for women traveling alone. Service was good - maintenance man replaced the fridge in my room. Did not have breakfast, indoor pool was nice. Checked out a day early. @hilton - you can do better!!!"

"Recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Long Island - Brookhaven for my daughter's wedding that was held at the Bellport Country Club. When you enter into the property immediately you can see how well it is kept. We were greeted by Vikki Front Desk Agent; she was very polity, friendly, and professional. The suite was not ready upon early check in, and she immediately expressed here sincere apology for the inconvenience. She contacted housekeeping to prioritize having our suite ready. While we were in the lobby waiting it was getting busy and Jaime the General Manager, immediately came from her office to assist the guest checking in. Once it was calm and people were taken care off, she noticed that we had been seating in the lobby and inquired if we were taken care of. It had been approximately 10 minutes that Vikky had contacted housekeeping. Vikki explained the situation and Jaimie immediately followed up with housekeeping to assure our room was being prioritize. She apologized for the inconvenience provided us with bottled water, even though there was fresh lemon-water in the lobby. Jaime and Vikki both kept checking with housekeeping to provide us with a time frame when the room will be ready. The room was ready within a half hour. Once we arrived at the suite, we were impressed with the cleanness. The bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. During our stay, the free breakfast was great with a good variety and the staff assisting to the breakfast where constantly assuring items were being replenish before they ran out. The ladies were very friendly and helpful all the time. The housekeeping staff was very polite and provided any items I may have needed. The fitness center had new equipment and it was very clean. There were towels available, headphones, and water cooler. Definitely would be back and recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that is centrally located and walkability to Stop and Shop Grocery, Liquor Store, Pizzeria, CVS, Starbucks, restaurants just to mention a few."

"Easy stay. Attractive layout. Good breakfast. Coffee stations always hot. Walls very well insulated since couldn't hear screaming toddlers and arguing couple in next room one bit. Very very happy. BUY One BIG PROBLEM: ONLY HAD 4 rolling clothes bag carts. All gone and no extras. So we had to make multiple trips carrying by hand. Staff not too concerned to fix that."
