"if I could give no stars I would!!! do not go to dumb contemporary dental for any work. The phone representatives are rude and hate their jobs. they have no concern for anyone. I paid over 3,000 a year ago and still, my 2 implants have not been completed. Throughout this horrible experience, They switched dentists on me several times and attempted to send me to a location where the dentist is currently practicing. When I called to speak to them in desperation because I'm the one walking around with 2 missing teeth which should be completed by now, they were happy to help but I will be charged extra because their fees are more than contemporary dental. I paid Contemporary Dental in full, so why should I be pushed to another practice and pay more? I have called contemporary dental so many times and complained, emailed, and left numerous messages, and still no response. It's sad because before all this mess the office staff was brilliant until the Valley Stream office started to fall apart. I'm furious and will be seeking legal action if I Don't get a response from them. Update: I’m hoping for some results. I Just visited the Massapequa office. Very nice staff member and was concerned about my situation. Management wasn’t in today, but Hopefully I will get the service rendered after speaking to the manager tomorrow. It’s been long enough."

"I am writing this review nearly a year after my 2 implants. Dr Varthis is a great Dentist. Very thorough and explain the whole process and made it easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for implants. The only negative, does not reflect on the Dentist. The practice do not except any form of insurance. At the end of the procedure, they gave me a claim form, and my insurance would not pick up any of the bill even for the tooth extraction being that I went out of net work. I need two more implants, and I know the cost went up so to offset on the price I will go to a in network, oral surgeon and have three teeth pulled, including my wisdom tooth to help offset the cost."

"The best price in NY. The wait can take a while but you will not find an office that will have you walking out with teeth for the great price. I see other reviews mentioning the wait, etc.... read a book people! Listen to a podcast! If you want no wait go pay triple the price elsewhere!"

"I've read the reviews for this facility and took my chances anyway and so glad I did! The office staff was always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Peter Muntean was absolutely wonderful! I had no pain, shape and color of implant was perfect and complete implant was done in a very timely manner. Two thumbs up for Dr. Muntean!!!"
