"Only issue I have is that when checking the vehicle back in after hours thru the app, it crashed. When I signed back in my most recent rental was no longer showing on the app. I just hope that I’m not charged a service fee for returning a vehicle after hours. I did take the same pics as per the app to show the CSR tomorrow morning"
"I booked a one way trailer rental. They booked it for 4 days and I told the manager that I only needed it for 2 days. Was told that at the drop off day they would refund me the 2 days that I didn’t use the trailer. I get to the drop off site and the manager tells me that they basically lied to me at the pick up location. Filed a customer complaint and the manager from Staten Island told me that they never said they would refund me the 2 days, which they did. I wish I would have recorded the conversation. U haul really disappointed me. From now on I will only rent trailers from local and small businesses. They are more honest. Thank you."

"The desk agent was beyond kind and helpful. I have had a terrible experience with the entire world of u-haul this weekend and the wonderful woman at this location was such a breath of fresh air. This location currently has units for storage that are moveable which to some may be odd however I found it quite convenient, if a customer wants to relocate their belongings without taking out piece by piece they could move the entire unit on a trailer. This location also has a lot of trucks, vans & trailers on site. The next time I need to rent a trailer (not a van!) I will be coming to this location first. The gentleman in the back was also very helpful and kind further making my terrible experience with this company a brighter one."
