"I was denied service because they were "too backed up". I was also told they don't provide the services I needed, eventhough I have done those services there multiple times before. Their response was to "go do it myself". I had my wild toddler with me and a sprained wrist in a splint. I really don't think printing a shipping label should be that much of a problem for a staples employee. Horrible attitudes, horrible customer service. I'll choose a different staples from now on."

"I just left staples 215 pm Saturday march 20th. I did not get the young lady working at the print and copy area but she was so helpful and was not at all shaken from the counter getting busy. She helped download and print from my phone snd othere item's. What a great employee. Thank you."

"Not a good experience. Went in to print out a few pages and they pointed me to the do it yourself machines (very slow) I said I would like to print on a heavier paper and was told they can not do that. When I said I have done it before here was then told the are to busy to help me. (Not a person on line) I recommend to go to the library it's cheaper and better customer service"

He still acknowledged me right away, took a second to see what I needed, and gave me instructions to get me started. . He finished with the original customer, and then completed my job quickly, pleasantly and professionally. . My job was small, inexpensive, but he treated me with as if I was spending a fortune. .
