"We didn't realize how many factors there would be in selecting a stove for our new home but Holly walked us through all of the considerations, from location, remote functionality, propane conversion, leadtime and even aesthetic. The timing was also a serious factor as we needed to get heating installed before the pipes froze and they fit us in their workflow which was much appreciated. Marc and Holly were both extremely patient with all of our questions and made sure that we were well informed. We even had an issue with the remote not syncing after install and they hopped on a call immediately to help us fix the issue. I can't stress how rare this level of customer service is these days! On top of that we feel safe and relieved to have a reliable heat-source, even when we're not home!
