"Went yesterday for a check up and send op after seeing a different eye doctor at Costco about a month ago. There is a small parking lot at the Victory location as well street parking. When you walk in, the place is deceiving its much larger inside than it looks on the outside. There is a decent size waiting area by the reception desk. The woman who helped me was nice and all the others near her all seemed pleasant as well. The techs and assistants who saw me prior to the doctor were both young but not inexperienced. They appeared competent and helpful. The doctor I saw Dr.Nejat was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He is also young but a seasoned doctor. I left the appointment with all my questions answered and did not feel like it was a waste of time/ money/ energy. Obviously I'm coming back there when needed. Oh I forgot to mention that my appt was at 10:15 am, I was early and completed all the new patient ppwk and they took me before my time at 10:11 am. This was also a good thing as Martha would say."

"I have been going to Dr Nejat for almost 20 years and always recommend him. He displays excellent bedside manner, attentively addressing my concerns during the eye checkup. The staff is professional, friendly, and the office is clean. However, the prolonged 2-hour wait between pre-tests and seeing the doctor is unreasonable, diminishing the overall experience. Despite the positive aspects, the excessive wait time is a significant drawback. If you’re looking for an excellent eye surgeon he is who you would want to see, just be prepared to wait."

The wait was somewhat long but understandably so with the high volume of patients. Booked my yearly appointment with no issues. Provided prescriptions for glasses and contacts promptly. Nice clean and bright office. Highly recommend."
