"1st time I ever had to get a storage, was a little scared because my thing would be in a different place but I was able to access whenever I want and the price was a littLe high for me but made it work , and then they raise the price in about 6-8 months in I wasn’t very happy but all around it’s was a very good environment, key code access at all times, property was clean lights and elevators works all the time . Gave it a 4 stars because of the price increase so fast. But other than the price everything and everyone that work there that I dealt with was awesome."
"Oh my Goodness ! Never had customer service like that in my life. The representative Kalimah was extremely knowledgeable about the units and even showed multiple to help accommodate my needs. She even played with my son and gave my some candy lol. She really made me feel like we were family ! I hope she’s there whenever or if ever i need to contact the office."

"Been with life storage since August 2022. Discontinued today because I no longer need the space. However I would like to commend Maria for her amazing service. They are always extremely friendly at the location on Richmond Terrace. The place is always nice and clean. Great rates as well. If anyone on the island needs a storage space.... life storage on Richmond Terrace is the place to go! My brother and aunt have also rented with Life Storage since 2022 and they have nothing but great experiences!"
