Born out of a passion for baking and a dream pursued full-time during the COVID-19 crisis, Fatcat Baking is the heart and soul of our founder, Megan, and is lovingly named after our cherished little fatcat, Loki. We specialize in 100% vegan, egg-free, and dairy-free baked goods, ensuring that everyone in the community can indulge in our delicious treats.

Welcome to Congregation Zvi Jacob, an Orthodox Jewish Synagogue located at 110 Memorial Parkway, Utica, New York. With a rich history dating back to 1869, we proudly serve the Jewish community in Utica and the Mohawk Valley region of Upstate New York. Our synagogue is the result of the merging of several historic congregations, including the House of Jacob and Tifereth Zvi, making us the only remaining Orthodox Jewish synagogue in Utica. Our congregation is a vibrant and diverse mix of Ashkenazi, Bukharian, Russian, and Spanish-Portuguese Jewish families. Over the past five years, we've welcomed many young families, invigorating our community with new energy and spirit. We are committed to providing a welcoming home for those seeking to observe the mitzvot on Shabbos and Yom Tovs in the Orthodox tradition.
