"DISAPPOINTED. Am ex employee. Terrible communication, not professional, no ethical they don’t care about there’s patients or Aides. They promise you full time and you will get less than 15 hours. They only offer you 3 hours or 4 HOURS shifts. Don’t waste your time working with them."
"If you have a loved one, think twice before you let them take care of your family member. My ex husband went through so much with this company. They have aids that don't show up to work, they have aids that no call no show. A person that's disabled have to fend for themselves, or hope that family is available to help. You call the facility at times there is no one to talk to. I'm glad we left this facility and pray that we never have to return."
"Management and schedulers are rude, Robert Kania was my manager and the way he talked to me and treated me was unfair. Told me i was picky because i didnt feel safe going in a bad area. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, they are horrible and they lie and tell you that you will get full time hours its not true, you will only get a 4 hr shift. Its so not worth it dont apply at liberty homecare you will regret it."
"My brother and I were looking for a wheelchair for our oldest brother who is ailing. We needed it for doctor, eye appt, etc. Who would have known it was so hard to find a wheelchair to rent in Niagara Falls. Not open on weekends, limited hours, never received returned calls. Things changed when we were directed to Liberty Home Care. Talk about care! They were so kind and helpful and had us a wheelchair in no time! If you are ever looking for anything to do with home care, give them a call. You will not be sorry. They were wonderful at such a stressful time for us. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!"
