"I absolutely loved my Nurse Practioner R. Parsons. Everyone was crazy friendly and really lovely. They listened to everything I had going on, patiently. The lab is right in the building, which is so convenient. The lab is owned by a different company, so I will say that the person I saw in the lab seemed really grouchy and definitely having an off day. But the medical center was amazing and the cleanest health facility I've ever been in."
"Very poor experience. Seen on 7-31, waited over 1.5 hours from my appointment time before seeing MD. Would not normally wait this long but I had waited over 2 months for this appointment, as it was the first available. MD ordered labs. I asked phlebotomist what she was drawing. She did not have the all of the orders the MD had reported she wanted done. I asked the phlebotomist to specifically draw the labs that were discussed. She reported they "could be added to the ones already done". No need for additional tubes. Fast forward to today, turns out all the labs the MD wanted were not done. I was offered me to come in again to have them re-drawn. No thanks. Don't want to be charged again to get done what I specifically asked for before, let alone another needle stick. I have an appointment on 8-4 to review labs. Of course, I will not be keeping the appointment to review incomplete tests. Needless to say, I will not be going back and I will be sharing my experience with others."

"Chose a new pc physician for my son, liked Dr Kingston so much that my husband and myself have also changed to her. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful, Dr Kingston is FABULOUS!! She was VERY thorough, took time with you instead of rushing you through, listened, asked many questions. Staff were warm and welcoming from reception to nurses, Drs and reception again upon finishing. I'm so pleased with my choice to change our PC's!! Excellence!"
"My boyfriend had fasting blood work at 9 am, it is now 10 and still is sitting in waiting room. I watched 2 people go in after him and come out before him. This is crazy. If your late to an appointment they make you reschedule, but if they are late its not a big deal. This place needs improvement."
