Dr. Weisenthal's impressive medical journey began in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by a residency at the prestigious Scheie Eye Institute, University of Pennsylvania, and a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at the University of Iowa. Since moving to Syracuse in 1988, he has made significant contributions to Upstate Medical University, serving as a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology and Chief of the Cornea and External Disease Service.
