"This is a review for the rest of the store staff other than Lucia who was extremely helpful. I was coming in to pick up a couch. The staff was very unhelpful. First she did not know where my couch was. She then left me to deal with moving a couch without any assistance. And to my surprise, even the staff from the back room refused to even lend me dolly. Luckily Lucia helped and got me a dolly. And helped me with it. The rest of the staff at the store get one star."
