"Rude for just asking questions about services, I needed a key fob programmed & owner kept getting annoyed & than told me he had a customer coming so he didn’t have time to answer my questions or assist me in anyway. I stated I would like an appointment he than kept sighing & throwing things his around his little desk as if it was an inconvenience for me being there. What’s the point of having a shop if you’re going to be rude to your potential customers"

"I stopped by Liberty Lock to inquire about fixing an intricate double door lock that had frozen I was asked if the lock was Anderson, but I didn't know. It was explained to me exactly how to unfreeze the lock if it was in fact an Anderson, which is notorious for this problem. It was suggested that I try this remedy on my own and only if unsuccessful should I call for a service visit. Solution was successful and I saved having the service call. The least I could do is give Liberty a big shout out. Thank you."

"We had a broken door entry on Friday morning.after trying himself to repair,my husband Brian called Liberty to set up a service call for today,Saturday.Jim arrived in the snow at 11am and started working immediately.He was very polite and professional,even answering our 6 year old daughters questions !
