"Moved from Smithtown to Florida a few years ago. Remembered how great Casa Rustica was over the years, and wanted to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday there. Held the celebration last week on Sunday, October 29th. The entire affair was so great, everyone who attended is still talking about the food, service and of course their Lobster Flambé. So happy to be back there and highly recommend Casa Rustica!"

"I haven’t been here in years. It was a great choice! Started with the perfect Martini. Excellent meal! I had the bruschetta and it was fresh and perfectly toasted. I also had the beets salad and it was huge. Fried calamari was cooked to perfection! I had the branzini and it was delicious. My favorite was the mushroom risotto! Only drawback was we didn’t have room for dessert!!!"
"Benny is a great host..Lobster flambe w/ brandy is fantastic.. they take all the meat out of the shell so you don't have to struggle ...Cappellini Gino with jumbo shrimp and crab meat Fradiavlo excellent.. it's a hidden gem! Now one of our favorites!!"
"Food was delicious, and service was great. My only big complain: We ordered plain pasta and 1 meatball for our 2 year old daughter. The plate was tiny, maybe 15 units of penne? They charged $12 for that. Ridiculous, considering we spent $100+ in dinner. The "kids menu" wasn't listed on the menu, so we assumed that was a normal order of pasta without sauce and 1 meatball. Definitely not a family friendly restaurant."
