Binghamton Wellness Center
Binghamton Wellness Center, located at 1 Kattelville Road in Binghamton, New York, offers a variety of health services to Binghamton University students, faculty, staff, and the general public. From nutrition advising to chair massages, the Wellness Center aims to promote overall well-being and relaxation. In honor of Sleep Awareness Week, the center is offering half-off chair massages from Mar. 11-15. To schedule an appointment, email Wellness@binghamton.edu or simply walk in based on availability. Binghamton University students receive a 10% discount on all services, excluding special offers. Gift certificates are available for purchase online, with the option to have them mailed or picked up at the Rec Center. Please note that gratuities are appreciated and should be paid in cash at the time of service. The Wellness Suite is located in the lower level of the East Gym, Recreation Center, and hours may vary during school holidays and special events. Please be aware that the Wellness Suite is closed during the summer.

Alpine Adventure Zone Natural Playground
Alpine Adventure Zone Natural Playground is a free and open-to-the-public facility located at 55 Hubbell Road in Spencerport, New York.
