"I have been with my State Farm agency for 30yrs. I have only ever had 3 claims with them. Most recently, my wife hit a deer at 5:15am on her way to work. Her car was not drivable at all afterwards. I emailed my agent and they responded immediately upon opening. Kelly’s quick response and actions to get things moving was expedited expeditiously with perfection. She really showed more concern for my wife’s well being which can never be appreciated enough. Received my call from the claims dept within minutes and the ball was rolling. Within 4hrs of the accident happening, things were all set. My wife and I cannot say enough about our agency, Scott Huber, and all whom he employs! Very attentive and knowledgeable crew!
