"Unprofessional, obnoxious and loud employees who have no tact when speaking and utilize offensive language in front of customers. Last time I visited, they were throwing shade towards a customer by talking about AIDS and cancer. There's a time and place for everything and having full conversations about chronic conditions to try and insult someone is not appropriate for a place of business. The haircuts here are decent but sitting in this place to wait for a haircut is uncomfortable. These barbers need to work on a different approach. Businesses shutting down currently is quite common. I don't understand business nowadays and how many businesses (especially in Staten Island) seem to not value customers. I need to find a professional barbershop in NYC asap!!"
