"I had a WONDERFUL experience with Gigi . She was warm and friendly. She made the treatment session more enjoyable. Time went very fast with minimal discomfort. Wish she could do all my sessions. "I purchased a Groupon and had one year of successful laser hair removal. However, on my final visit, I was burned. They keep a chart saying what level of laser I had last time, so I don't understand why she did not use that same level but decided to go up much higher. I was burned twice, and now I have a mark. Up until now everything was fine although you do get a new tech every single time you go there so you don't know what you're going to get and I have noticed that they do not clean the protective glasses between customers. I wish there was more consistency and I'm very disappointed that I was burnt. I thought that I would return here for future services, but now I have changed my mind."
