"Doctors deserves five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ This place start from the appointment call is a nightmare. Right now I’m calling 5 straight days for making an appointment. But only keeping on hold. Even though they answered the phone they are very disrespectful and rood. And go to the office front desk people are very disrespectful. Most of the time I didn’t have any complaints about nurses, Doctors are good. But your problem is not done yet. Even though you paid the copayment and provided your insurance information, after every visit to the Doctor you again get a some different bill by mail. I’m going this place very long time now things getting worse. I’m done with this people."

"Please don't go there,i recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a hospital to schedule an appointment, and I must say that the receptionist I encountered was nothing short of appalling. The level of service and professionalism demonstrated was far below what one would expect in a healthcare facility. sincerely hope that the hospital administration takes note of these concerns and addresses the issue promptly. Patients deserve to be greeted with respect, empathy, and efficiency when seeking medical care. Regrettably, my experience with this receptionist fell far short of those expectations. The doctors are good though."

"I’ve been a patient of this practice for many, many years. I am not a fan of the victory blvd office because of long wait times and the office staff can be a bit rude. I am however a huge fan of the Hylan blvd office as the staff is pleasant and helpful. I love Dr. Kopstick and I drive from NJ to see him. He always answers my messages and helps fill my medication in a timely manner. He is both caring and compassionate and has been a great support system for me when other doctors have ignored serious health concerns."
