"Great local small business! Owner/front desk employee was very professional. Came in one day to ask about dry cleaning services and she provided an accurate estimate given I came in towards closing. Came in on a Thursday to ask again about dry cleaning and she stated it would be ready by Friday at 4PM. Received a call/voicemail at 2PM stating it was ready at that time and advising me they were closing early that day due to personal reasons and wanted to make sure I was aware before I could not pick up my items. Also received a 2nd call back on my way there later on to remind me. I was always consistently addressed by my surname, even though that isn’t a concern to me. Clothes came out clean and in great condition without any damage. Glad to support and write this review."
"Highly recommended. Not only do they have expert tailors (60+ years experience !!!), they do everything with a smile and actually listen to what you want. Came here after having gone to Heartland Cleaners to get suits tailored...he charged a fortune, was absolutely nasty and impatient with me and ended up tailoring the suit to his fancy rather than mine. Coming to Bradley Cleaners proved to be a way better choice. They even told me to try it on at home and bring it back for realterations for free if it is not what I expected. They probably say that because they know they did a perfect job anyway, as was the case by me. You definitely have a new regular customer! Thank you for a job well done!"
