"I just moved to the area from out of state and needed to find someone to prescribe my medication while I wait to get established with a local gynecology office for my annual exams and regular care. I was able to set up a telehealth appointment quickly and everyone I’ve interacted with at this office has been absolutely wonderful. I’m currently dealing with my new insurance and sorting out my prescription so that insurance will cover it, and this office has been so kind and helpful throughout this process. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but the NP I saw was Nicole P. and she was just fantastic."

"It’s fine I just wish that when I had come in at the desk to make an appointment two weeks out which I likely would have kept anyways for the prompt STI/STD testing. Anyway back to it I wish they had told me when I said I was referred by a clinic and that I needed a new Primary Care Provider I believe I said the exact words just wish they would have told me so I could have signed up for the place I was referred to at the meeting two weeks early. It’s about a 6 month wait basically for a location that can be reached by someone with what I have left of walking capabilities. It’s not necessarily this clinic’s fault but I would use this review to show my opinion about how difficult it is to get help looking afterward oneself medically if you have these kinds of issues. It was sad that the only mental health referral they had to give here was for a Recovery Clinic. It’s too uncomfortable: like times that I hope even I will omen day live in a time where I can look back at this time as historically uncomfortable and indigent times. It’s all self propagated because I felt of this one of the only low income clinics available right in NT Village to have given into the sort of degradation as a joke or as normalcy: this is extremely not good for community, and societal makeup! It’s really a warning or a wake up call to local healthcare, education, and related government authority."

"Its convenient and the staff is nice. I love my doctor. I haven't really seen anyone else so I'm not sure about the rest. I have noticed an uptick in wait times but I also bet they too have been effected by covid and staffing so I'm not going to get upset about it. I used to have to wait way longer before the pandemic for any doctor. I also love that no one really knows it's there. Perfect."

"I really wanted to visit this place and give it 5 stars. I support the organization and providing care in underserved areas. However when I had a valid medical concern, that was painful, and needed urgent treatment, they would not see me. I tried to call ahead when they first opened but all I got was a corporate line. So I got there as fast as I could after work, arrived 1.25 hrs prior to close according to Google, and they were "done seeing patients". WHAT? I'm in the medical field and I see patients until we close. Was it because I wasn't a patient there or at that location? Idk. Did they think I appeared too "privileged" and wanted to pawn me off on an Urgent Care? Idk. I traveled far to that location because I believed they were the most capable of handling my easy straight forward problem. I'm disappointed in their lack of hours, accessibility, and willingness to see patients. I'm all for work-life balance but you can only do that if you're efficient. PP just do better. You've lost my confidence."

"amazing staff and equipment. the waiting area is beautiful! stocked with a tv and tablets for your entertainment. love the new patient information tablet, lined with a anti-bacterial cover for your and the staff's protection. was in and out of there no problem. my nurse Daisy had a hands on example for every question i asked! she was great! my doctor, Dr. Kim was hilarious and fun-loving. she just had an energy you wanted to absorb. she also answered all of my questions. when it came time to "show" another answer, Daisy popped her head in the door with yet another hands on answer! this location is unlike any other location i have visited in the past. will keep making appointments! only negative thing i have to say is the call center sucks! try and speak with someone at your actual location. it could of just been my experience."
