"It did not take me long at all to receive an appointment within the office and this had nothing to do with him not being busy. The girls in the front were happy and very friendly. Dr. Blank was amazing, wonderful bedside manner as well as professional, kind and caring. He really wanted to understand what was going on with me and help diagnose this. "I arrived for my appointmet and everyone was super nice. The unfortunate part is that I had an hour and a half wait. I don’t know what was going on. I nobody really said anything, but it was a long wait. I get brought back into the room. I see the aid takes all the info and then I was waiting for the doctor to come in. Unfortunately, her PA came in, and I never saw her. I am going for very personal procedure and I don’t like the idea that I would not be meeting her until the day of my procedure. When I made the appointment, I made the appointment with the doctor not the PA. Normally the PA will come in before the doctor takes some more info and then the doctor comes in. Not so in my case. I chose this practice because their ratings were sky high praising the practice. The Because their ratings were sky high praising the practice. The wait time was a big no-no for me and then especially not seeing the doctor was the biggest no-no for me. I have yet to have my procedure so I do not know or cannot review how that situation went but I feel that they need to work on their wait time and make sure that if the patient sets up an appointment with the doctor that’s the one who they see. Would I recommend this practice to anybody? Yes I would because everybody was so sweet and so nice but they need to work on it."
