"They mark up a prescription that costs $8 to about $110 and can't pay their staff enough to do their job. If there were any other choice in my area I'd go there. I do love the hours of being on hold to get hung up on multiple times. Then calling corporate leads you to a voicemail where your concerns are certainly listened to and changes will be made... If you have any option besides Kinney, I recommend using them. We can't reinforcing the idea this is okay by continuing to use their services."

"I use Kinneys in Moravia, NY. I am frequently dissatisfied with the service there. I often rely on others to pick up prescriptions. One of my meds is a narcotic and picking it up on the exact day I run out is often not feasible. Today, I sent my granddaughter to the store and was told it was due tomorrow. Will I have help tomorrow? That remains to be seen! I have reviewed NYS narcotic law and cannot find where this is written. I also have severe arthritis in my hands and have requested snap on caps. I used to always get them, but now it doesn’t happen. This is upsetting because I don’t always have help available. When I have traveled, I haven’t encountered these problems at other pharmacies, so I know this is only a problem at this store. Customer satisfaction is essential! I would switch pharmacies, but the next nearest is greater than 15 miles away. I’m hoping this will be reviewed by an administrator please."

"This is the electronic age. I would rather hand the clerk my I.D. every time rather than answer redundant questions out loud. This is personally identifiable information being thrown out in front of strangers and possibly less technical criminals. If I have already provided you with my name, and then my birthday... don't ask me my address 30 seconds later. There is no law that says someone can't set a phone to record and sit down for a few pharmacy transactions. You see where I'm going, right?"

"I received injuries while working I fell 28 ft. Because of my injuries I couldn't get my prescriptions because I couldn't drive. It was supposed to be delivered never showed. Finally got my prescriptions the pharmacy filled the prescription with the wrong drug. Also filled prescriptions that interacted with other medications and clearly said on their markings not to take while on said medication. Also had issues with them filling prescriptions for my mother.she is supposed to be on automatic delivery. Always missing medications not feeling them in a timely manner. We ended up switching pharmacies."
