"I went to the medical office at 8:15 as a walk-in to be seen for a probable tooth infection with visible swelling of the face. Awaiting my dental appt I thought a doctor could prescribe an antibiotic until I am seen by my dentist. The nurse took me in within minutes and as she took my blood pressure she informed me there was nothing she could do and I could be seen by a doctor later on this afternoon or directed me to the ER. What?? Why have me seen by a nurse if it would result in absolutely nothing. My insurance company is now charged for a visit that resulted in solely being told I could be seen later. That in itself should be a crime. What a rip off and complete waste of time. I was with the nurse for no longer than two minutes. The medical field is broken and completely severed from the true needs of its patients."

"Reading reviews bc thats the life we all live i wasnt so sure about this place .. But the pain i was in i didnt sleep for two days i went to two different hospitals not much they can do when comes to teeth but they tried . I called here to see the soonest they can get me in they got me in that morning. I still wasnt sure what was going to happen but soon i got called back and met the doctor Dr. Rouse she was absolutely amazing. My pain was so bad she telling me calm down breath with my nose she didnt let me see any needles seem like she just knew me and knew i would get more freaked. The instant relief she gave me was amazing i got home n passed out for few ! Long story short she will now be my dentist and i will absolutely recommend her . The staff is just as good !"

"Long story..but a person who is/was deathly afraid of dentists.makig this review.. Was so very happy to have Dr. Rouse become my dentist. She is to the point in a good way, calming, and precise. I would now rather go to her and have novacaine injections and have the work done rather than put under elsewhere ; she is that good and a Doctor that I trust. She also knows her stuff and what to use and what to adjust -refreshing!! She cares for her patients and it shows. All the staff have been great. Thank you !!"

"By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. Made an appt had to wait 6 months for it. The day of my appointment I show up and they claimed to have called the day before to cancel after waiting 6 months. Then told I would have to wait another 4 months to be seen. Been trying to call and they screen your calls and refuse to answer. After waiting so long I ended up with such a bad infection I had to go to urgent care and seek another dentist."

"They do not give proper dental treatment to anybody. In fact, there is a day last month they Did not give patient dental treatment to a particular patient instead they drilled the Patient, just because he was having a bad day. If you have special needs family members, do NOT bring them here!!"
