"when i asked about a color gel Service (without tips $32)with tips was not on the price list, i was told by my nail technician the price was $55. I asked her that if the tips are $8 more then what caused the $20 difference on the same tips on color gel from French. Her response was that i don’t need to ask about it because it’s different. Then when i asked her another question about the shape of my nails ( i requested square she attempted to put coffin ⚰️ shape tips on me) I showed her multiple pictures of what i wanted she said i didn’t have to show her the picture cause she knew what she was doing. When i attempted to change the mood and ask how long she had been working there she told me she didn’t speak English. When i said i would just like to pay for my pedicure and leave she said ok and soaked the two coffin nails off my hands. She didn’t try to figure out what i wanted she didn’t go to the owner to make it right when another type of customer came inside the lady noticed it was busy and she said she would come back they all rushed to the door and said “what time?? What do you like to get?? Pick your color and come back??” All I’m saying is i did not feel like they cared if i was there and i definitely didn’t get the same service or communication that other customers got that day. When i asked to please have the water drained out of my pedicure pool because it was cold to lukewarm i was told that i had to request hot water in the beginning of the service. My experience here was not a good one. But only the experience. The nail salon is clean and quiet. Other than that i will not return here and as far as the service it is mediocre. And they made me feel discarded."

"My daughter & i both went for gel manicures & regular pedicures 1 week ago & we were both very happy when we were done. The next day my daughter’s gel manicure started chipping & today, only 1 week later 7 of my gel manicured nails are lifting badly. I called them & explained what was happening but that we wouldn’t be able to get there before Friday because I have important doctors appointments (today is Wednesday). She kept repeating herself by saying that I should come today or after the doctor and I kept telling her that it wasn’t possible. I got absolutely nowhere with them & they weren’t in the least bit understanding or interested as to why I couldn’t get there when THEY WANTED ME TO. NEVER AGAIN !!! Btw, it was far from cheap which I normally wouldn’t mind if they held up."

"Awful. They overbook themselves to make more money having customers wait long wait times then have the nerve to rush through and mess up your nails and give you attitude for their own mistakes or laziness during your paid appointment. Unbelievable."

"I had a scheduled appointment, I arrived on time and was immediately placed in a chair with my feet in the tub, all eady for a pedicure. Then, another client walked into the salon. Without a word I was abandoned by my manicurist who started a manicure on the new client. I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect. Basic courtesy are foreign to the workers in this establishment."
