"Brought my husband’s watch in for an arm repair. Was never told they wouldn’t be fixing it there and that it would take 3months! We consistently called for updates. Spoke to Cody multiple times who was rude each time, terrible customer service. After I received a voicemail stating the watch was ready. My husband went in to pick it up and was told they didn’t even have it. I then called to clarify and Cody arrogantly said to come in and show him the voicemail he left me saying the watch was ready. As if I was making that up. When I did come in and let him listen to his own voice he never apologized and in fact said “that’s not how I meant it.” Very disappointing. My husband went in to finally pick up the watch a second time and was charged 3x more than what we were told. He just paid it to be done with them. But we will certainly never be going in there for anything. Also, if you’re not a cat person or have allergies you may want to avoid this place as they have a cat that roams around walking on the counters there. Doesn’t exactly seem sanitary."

"If you enjoy paying money to having jewelry repaired and then broken more then this is where you definitely want to go! I brought in 3 rings for repair as well as 2 necklaces. I brought a ring and a necklace back to them the next day.l to have the other stone fassend and the necklace repaired again. Not and hour later after leaving the jewelry store for the third repair the stone fell out of the ring. I returned it the a day later they kept my ring for 6 months and, never replace the stone. I paid for two repairs on the ring. They were unwilling to replace the stone. Even after saying that they would stand behind there work and, fix it with a replacement stone at there cost. I was later told (months later) they were unable to find something to replace it. I was told to go find one. (At own cost at point.) One of my rings was a crisscross ring. I asked them to build up the back of it so that it would not break again. I brought the ring back because of course, they do not do what I asked. after paying for it. I was argued with. The young man (owners son) argued with me that it was not broken in the same spot. which it clearly was. I had specifically asked for prices on jewelry repair. Before it was repaired they decided to repair it if it was worth repairing. without permission and, charge me an exorbitant amounts of money. I could have purchased brand new jewelry at a lower cost. I was so upset the ring in particular has great sentimental value. Not to mention the cost value."

"Just had my grandmothers/ mother’s diamond set to its original ring setting. Very reasonable in price and the ring looks beautiful!!! Owner also is very nice."

"Gold N Gifts RUINED my ring. I took it in to resize and they cracked a huge chunk of gold off of it. Then they tried to deny they broke it at all but said they would fix it. They filled where the gold was broken off but made my heart shaped ring completely distorted and the diamond off center. They offered to try to "fix" it again and I didn't want them to. They refused to give me a receipt. I took my ring to Kay where i got it. They said it was irreparable and irreplaceable. Now my ring that I've had my entire life. A gift from my mom that I was going to give to my daughter someday is destroyed and I am heartbroken. A real jeweler said they won't even resize rings that were made with a mold. So Gold N Gifts shouldn't have done it in the first place and now the only thing I own that I had sentimental value for is ruined forever."
