"If I could I would give ZERO stars.DO NOT USE BRIANNA at the Medford location. I went in for a color,cut ,two foil Highlights,and blow dry.She did not even ask me what color I wanted,she went and mixed the color up,saying she figured I wanted the same color as my roots,I said ,no I wanted light brown,and two foil highlights on top.I had no idea she gave me "A TEN MINUTE COLOR"....before I knew it,I was out from under the heater with her asking me to go to the sink.She did the 2 foil highlights at the same time as "THE TEN MIN COLOR".As co-workers past by they said,"WOW,YOU WERE JUST UNDER THE HEATER,NOW YOUR ALREADY GETTING A CUT"??BRIANNA REPLIED BY SAYING "YES,I DID A TEN MINUTE COLOR"...I DID NOT ASK FOR A TEN MIN COLOR JOB,horrible, horrible job.So I'm thinking I would be charged less than the price of a full good dye job.When she rang me up she charged me the same price as a regular color job,NOT FAIR AT ALL WHEN SHE GAVE ME A TEN MINUTE COLOR JOB,that did not even take.I still have grey in my hair,my roots are still showing, and my hair is three different colors.This happened late on a Friday,her response was she doesn't make the prices,and if I wanted I could speak to her manager, which I will be calling Monday morning. THIS IS THE WORST COLOR JOB I'VE EVER HAD,and her attitude was beyond horrible, she rushed through the whole appointment, and wasn't even going to blow dry or style my hair,,asking me if I was just getting the trim and leaving. Why charge me the same price as a full color process,WHEN SHE ONLY DID A 10 MINUTE COLOR THAT DID NOT TAKE?????DOES THAT SEEM FAIR???"

"Went in for some highlights a few months ago and stressed to the stylist that I didn’t want to leave with damaged hair because I have naturally dark hair and I didn’t mind coming back for multiple sessions to get the blonde was trying to achieve. Long story short she bleached my hair too much in one session and completely ruined my hair. Then after ruining my hair with bleach had the young inexperienced girl working at the front desk come to wash out the bleach and shampoo my hair and since this girl didn’t have much experience she did not clean my hair well at all so the bleach was still in my hair while she left me sitting with my head in the sink with so much purple shampoo (that she didn’t even bother to lather up in my hair) for so long I ended up leaving with my hair falling out and the bleached parts were gray and purple instead of blonde. It was a middle aged woman with red hair who did this to me back in July 2023 I don’t know her name but she ruined my hair so bad it took months to fix it. I recommend a salon a few minutes up the road called “Dimensions salon” that did my color correction listened to me when I say the health of my hair is my priority and saved my hair after this place ruined it."

"I wanted to make an appointment with Thomas He has done my hair before beautifully. He was not available and the person on phone recommended Jordan Was not the same experience. After my cut the blow out looked ok. After a day I washed my hair and blew out myself to find this. Very disappointing Was suppose to be curtain bangs ( preferably even) and trimmed ends"

"The place is not the problem, it’s the beautiful girl that cut my hair. Stella was interested on her social media, talking to her coworker and complaining about how tough my hair was, at the end every morning when I have to fix my hair I remember her how she gave me a dodgy haircut, it’s still to high into the hairline on the right side and 3” long on the left. My sideburns one was 1” long and the other one she trimmed to 1/2” it was so obvious I came back for her to fix it, without even complaining or in a bad mood, I was very polite. After the weekend I came back an another lady tried to fixed but she couldn’t do anything, she just tried to make it look even but Stella left a very bad feeling, she used a hair trimmer and took her less than 6 minutes on my crew cut, she did so short after I said please Don’t cut it too short, I couldn’t even see what she was doing, she had the chair looking sideways so she can talk to her coworker, so sad, please avoid her!!!"
