"This community is the worst place to live there so worried about getting rid of everything out of your yard for your kids because it’s a liability, but when it comes to real liability issues like dead trees in your yard about the fall and your house no one gets back in contact with you, and not to mention that you have a bunch of old people that live in the park to complain about there being kids they should just move to a senior living! Not to mention the lot rent is being raised every year and they have nothing to show for it. They can’t even maintain the maintenance around the park for your safety!!"

"WORST PLACE EVER. Office manager is the worst human being i have ever met in my life and has made my grandmother cry multiple times over the littlest stupidest things. Harasses us multiple times every week. Has blocked our driveway and yelled at us to move instead of asking 10 minutes in advance so there would be no issue. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THOUGH DEALING WITH THIS ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC HOLE."

"This place sucks. Been here for 9 years.i own my own home. They raise the rent every year. My septic is backing up in My house. And I call and the park manager says she can't do wanting until morning. I have 2 young kids and an elderly person in my house we can't wait until morning to use the bathroom. Buyers or renters beware!!! And if you rent from them,it's even worse."

"Vanessa, We have researched your concerns and comments and take your remarks seriously. At times, the water service requires repairs and we must follow the necessary steps to complete those repairs. It was also noted that your bushes and shrubs were not being maintained. Therefore it was deemed necessary by Management to intervene and trim the shrubs. Should you have any further items, please feel free to contact the Community Office to discuss. Thank you."

"Renters beware!!!! My mom and step dad have had nothing but problem after problem since they moved into their trailor. The floors are caving in and management don't want to fix them. Their has been water leak after water leak. Than their was no heat for weeks. So my mom was sick for over a month. Think before you move here. You get no where with management unless you own your trailor. Don't ever rent from them. Cause you will have a head ache after head ache. Its been a nightmare for them these last 3 months."
