"I ordered over the phone for pick up and I was on my work break. I had asked after placing an order how long it would take, the lady told me 15 mins. I went to the store 25 mins later and found out that they did not even start preparing my food. I had to wait another 20 mins for the food. I can understand people making pranks but, if you didn't trust me then she could have just said we don't take orders over the phone. Bad service!!!!! Not coming here again."
"Love the food , people, and promptness! My mom first ordered there and she says that there is no other place better than this location. Mind you, there is closer location of crown Fried chicken than 188 St. It's the staff that makes it worthwhile going back. Continue to demand a smiling face on those in the front line because it makes a difference in one coming back to your service. I will be there esp for the lamb over rice! Natasha"
