"Employees stated verbally in public that there is hair being put in food for customers, managers and employees show lack of communication with customers, food being served cold after 6pm, employees are on their phones, CLEANINESS IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM, LOBBY AND BATHROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED OFTEN LIKE THEY SHOULD, AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I WAS SICK MORE THAN ONCE FROM THE FOOD, and CUSTOMERS HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 15 MINUTES FOR THEIR FOOD BECAUSE MANAGERS ARE NOT PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE AND MEETING AND SATISFYING THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES ALONG WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES."

"I ordered ny meal with sauces on the self checkout kiosk and paid there. However when I went to retrieve ny meal I was told I needed to pay 25 cents per sauce. I explained that I had already paid for my meal at the kiosk and had my receipt, but the cashier would not allow me to take the food I had already paid for until I handed over additional money to her. Very rude and unprofessional. Additionally, there is a sign on the door stating they are only taking to go orders, but there appeared to be nothing wrong with the sitting area."

"I stopped by the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich. I have to get it without cheese due to a lactose intolerance. The sandwich ingredients were hot and tasted freshly made. The English muffin was too under toasted for my liking though."

"When I first walked in the whole place was extremely dirty. There were crumbs all over all the tables, under the tables, empty fry boxes on the floor. Piles of straight up dirt on the floor and stains on the tables. There was even a used hairnet just sitting on a table. The counters were the registers are were dirty. The kiosks have picked off stickers stuck to the screens. If you want to pay at the kiosks it won’t let you on most of the because the POS systems are broken, but there are no signs indicating that they are. The only other option is to get a receipt to pay at the counter but it doesn’t print out any receipts either, again no sign saying it’s broken. One of the soda machines doesn’t even work but again no sign stating that either. There are stains and dried up soda spills all over the counters there. There are no lids but when you go up to ask for one the employees they seem to have an attitude with anyone who asks but don’t seem to want to refill the lids. The employees were standing around laughing and talking while customers are standing there waiting to be helped. Also ordered specific orders, it’s even printed out on the ticket that’s put on the food, but still got the wrong stuff."
